Do you remember ...
Troll dolls were created by Thomas Dam, a Danish
fisherman and
woodcutter. In 1959 he carved a doll for his daughter for Christmas.
When other children in the town saw the doll and wanted one
a business was born. Originally called Good Luck Trolls, they were
produced by Thomas’ company, Dam Things. Troll dolls were popular
in the United States in the 60’s and, even though their popularity varies,
they never seem to fade away.
